Who is Victoria Snooks? Sues school for kicking her our of volunteer program for OnlyFans account

After being dismissed from a volunteer programme due to her OnlyFans content, a Florida mother is suing the district where her children attend school.
Victoria “Snooks” Triece, 31, filed a complaint against Orange County Public Schools when another parent revealed that she had an OnlyFans account.

Back in 2021, Snooks participated in the ADDition volunteer programme at Sand Lake Elementary School, but that didn’t last long after the institution learned of her successful side business.
Before Principal Kathleen Phillips expelled Triece from the programme after learning about the OnlyFans content, she had volunteered for the programme for five years.
Circuit Judge Paetra Brownlee took the school’s side a year later. The judge determined that Triece “does not have an indisputable legal right to participate,” according to The New York Post, but she isn’t giving up.

We’ve witnessed numerous instances of schools terminating teachers for their OnlyFans content over the years, but it’s utterly different when it involves a volunteer.
The OnlyFans star announced during a press conference that she was suing the school board to save other parents from going through the same struggle for what they do on kids free time.
“The main reason I’m doing this is not for myself. I can only imagine who’s been through this and couldn’t fight it and they’ve been told we don’t know how to fight this and how many people are to come that do the same exact thing I do,” she revealed.

Trice and her lawyer are allowing the jury to choose how much money she should receive in damages, but in 2021, they attempted to obtain $1M.
“We’re going to be seeking maximum damages and then allow a jury to determine what it costs somebody to be taken from their child, what it costs somebody not to be able to participate in their child’s lives, what it costs somebody to be having this publicly exposed,” NeJame explained.
Meanwhile, Triece has expressed interest in volunteering in her younger child’s class, but will do so virtually only.
